That even reads like it's that shithead in highschool no one liked, trying to prove a point, no one agreed with.

Define “capitalize.”

The terms "capitalize" and "capitalise" refer to the same concept but differ in spelling based on regional usage:

Capitalize: This spelling is predominantly used in American English.

Capitalise: This spelling is primarily used in British English.

Both terms can also refer to financial contexts, but the primary distinction lies in their regional usage.

Oh right he likes free (false) speech but not truth

That’s a lot of words and you didn’t even define it. And I mean in this context. Him pissing everyone off and then coming out with another shitty beer and naming it free speech doesn’t really capitalize on anything. Thus my initial post.

For him to already have a beer out this soon, it has to be one he’s been saving with no name.

If it appeals to his customer base, it's good business. He did apologize, probably not genuine, but at least he made an effort. I would never patronize a business of his and I'm glad that I've never been there in my trips to NOLA and am keeping a list of places to avoid.

It's every bit his 1st amendment rights.

His beer is in tribute to Kimmel and not Kirk. Both “lost their first amendment right” depending on how you to interpret Kimmels situation. One slight difference is one was murdered.

So I don’t think it’s a stretch to say he wasn’t genuine.

I’m still confused where Jimmy’s right to free speech was infringed upon. More people than I’d like to think have no idea what free speech means. Is he in jail?
