Dunno if totally ruined. Definitely diminished.
The UNC debacle plus his record in Cleveland, when Kosar was serviceable, along with Brady winning in Tampa, makes a good case that it was mostly Brady and a different coach would have done better.

I think he’s a very good defensive coach. As far as a head coach, I think most of the evidence points toward Brady being the reason for most of the success.
Who knows what he’s doing at North Carolina. What I’ve watched of them, doesn’t seem to be much talent there. I guess that young pussy has him where he can’t even think straight.

His legacy is Brady. Look what Brady did without him. Took a completely irrelevant team since 2003 and won the SB.
Bill has done nothing without Tom.

6 + 2 SB rings. Case closed.

He’s getting a nice pay check from unc
That was most likely the main reason he came back since the nfl had no interest
Who knows how much he had to pay his ex wife

good case that it was mostly Brady
1st 3 Super Bowls in New England were because of Belichick
2nd 3 Super Bowls in New England were because of Brady
Tampa Bay Super Bowl was a combination of Brady and luck. Getting to play in an empty Superdome vs Saints and having Jared Cook fumble when Saints were going for killshot were big time lucky.

Correct. But dumbass old guys with fat wives think she’s fine as frick. Just look at this board.
To anyone under 50, she’s mid as frick.

It has been tarnished in my view. What’s happened is pretty incredible honestly.

He should’ve never taken a job if she was going to be front and center.
Greatest NFL coach because of Brady. Legacy tarnished because of pussy.

Did his 6 rings dissappear?

I guess I haven’t been paying attention but it didn’t realize they are almost 50 years apart in age
bill needs an intervention

Saw this on a UNC board yesterday
Here are the salaries for UNC's coaching staff - Mike Lombardi makes 1.5 million, whereas the GM for Alabama makes $825k. And of course, Steve and Brian Belichik are on staff. But the funniest person is Matt Lombardi as Quarterbacks Coach making $600k, who's official UNC profile has his best achievement as "helped develop Dillon Gabriel at Oregon" as Quarterbacks Coach that is pure intern resume energy. Keep in mind, Dillon Gabriel was only at Oregon his senior year after being at Oklahoma 2 years before and the role of Quarterbacks Coach was simply absorbed by the OC at Oregon after Matt Lombardi left for the nepo role at UNC. (Also don't forget Mick Lombardi who had similar nepo trajectory in football.) These guys are world class grifters.”
Defensive coordinator Steve Belichick will make $1.3 million, according to a UNC System salary database, and offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens will make $1.15 million in 2025.
The program's coordinators combined to make $2.1 million last year.
Brian Belichick (defensive backs/safeties): $500,000 in 2025, $525,000 in 2026.

The tuck rule would fall into the same category. And dodging the Saints because of the no call.

His legend as a coach has been eclipsed by his legend as a cocksman.
