Driving into my neighborhood and hear a loud pop (sounded like a shotgun going off or blown tire) now my truck won’t start. Will get a mobile unit to the house tomorrow but any idea what this could be?

I can think of a dozen things, none more likely than the next. Could be as bad as a burnt valve. Could be as small as an exhaust sensor.

Does it have a main fuse after the batteries?
Usually located on firewall.

Possibly turbo charger failure or intercooler hose failure. Air is pressurized 20 - 30 psi with this system.

Also could be DPF that was clogged.

What ever it is, good luck.

intercooler hose failure

This is the most common "shotgun Sound" Failure. Ive blown one on all 3- 6.7s ive had. After it blows replace that crap plastic with a metal aftermarket replacement. I would not let them put another plastic piece on if you plan on keeping the truck. its an easy DIY. you should be able to pop the hood and see a black pipe thats cracked or shattered feeding the turbo housing. 6.7s are way too restricted from the factory for plastic

I agree with what you've said. But in the other post about the same truck, he's saying truck won't spin over.

None of this would prevent the engine from starting. There isn't enough information here to intelligently speculate. Op need to:

Verify that the starter solenoid is energizing when trying to start. If it isn't, work from the starter backwards and find out why.

If it is, is the starter engaging or not? If it is, is the engine locked up? If it isn't, does the voltage go to zero or stay at 12 with fhe starter engaged?

Short story is If OP didnt know to do all that himself already, he needs to pay someone to fix it.
