Biggest movie screw-up character?

This may have been done before, but I searched and didnt see it.
Is there a bigger "ruined everything" character in a movie than Corporal Upham (Saving Private Ryan)?
Was watching American Made and JB's character definitely caused some havoc, but its hard to imagine anyone being a complete waste of life more than Upham

2. Henry Hill's nanny and mistress are a pretty good 1-2 for fricking everything up in Goodfellas

Waingro fricked the whole deal up. Set up Danny trejo with Van Sant so they had to get the new driver and the rest had to just play out.
