I had a knee do the 90 degree side bend when I was older. Tore everything in. They fixed the meniscus and LCL as best they could. The ACL they replaced with a cadaver graft.
My knee will be fine for months, then suddenly blow up to twice it's normal size for a day or two. Maybe the dead guy parts in my knee are angry.

You can almost think it's the other guys right arm and not his left arm.

I was about 10 when I did mine. The doctors were worried that I messed up the growth plate and there was concern that my arm would never grow.
The doctor came out of the xray room and had the xray and said 'This is so exciting' right in front of my mom.....he then said 'strictly from a medical standpoint of course'.
Apparently the two doctors nor the xray techs had ever seen a break and dislocation like mine. The other doctor (not the one who proclaimed that it was exciting) asked/begged my mom to release the xrays so they could use it in college to teach. She reluctantly did and told the doctor that if the other doctor lays a hand on me or even goes into the room she would kick him in the balls.
I have no idea how she didn't get kicked out of the hospital but that other doctor wasn't seen again.

Holy smokes. Some serious bending in the wrong direction. Ouch.

Just a few minutes after they showed him on the sitting on the bench with a little cloth sling and an ice pack. No hospital. Didn’t seem like a big deal.

Saw something like that as a trainer at a HS wrestling meet. They were both in stance to start the match and the guy grabbed an arm just right that it dislocated the opponent’s elbow.
Biggest concern in that moment is blood flow and potential nerve damage.

Whoa .. are you linking this from Faces of Death? This is worse than when that Louisville basketball player’a leg was broken.
