What is your method for frying shrimp?
I got a couple dozen for dinner and just looking for different ideas. Normally I put in an egg wash then flower and into the grease. I know people who soak them in milk. Some use shrimp fry mix. Just curious.

Ziplock bag with enough buttermilk to cover them, shake or 2 of Tony's and Louisiana hot sauce.
Let them soak for about 30 min-1 hour.
Another ziplock with 2 parts cornmeal to 1 part flour, another good shake or 2 of Tony's and Old Bay and a dash of cayenne pepper..
When ready to cook transfer the shrimp into the breading bag and shake them up good, let them sit for a few minutes to get the breading stuck on them good, then into the fryer at 375.
Simple, quick, minimal cleanup, and they turn out quite tasty.

My go to that everyone seems to enjoy is to hit the shrimp with salt and cayenne pepper, cover with sour cream, dredge in unseasoned flower, shake off the excess and fry. Didn’t know what to expect the first time but it turned out great.

Coat shrimp with Ken’s steakhouse Parmesan peppercorn salad dressing then roll in flour seasoned with garlic salt. Fry in 350 degree vegetable oil until golden brown. Enjoy!

**Marinade**
Eggs
Garlic Powder
**Dry Ingredients**
All-Purpose Flour
Corn Starch
Garlic Powder
Tony's Creole Seasoning (not too much)
Marinate shrimp for several hours if you want them to absorb flavor.
When butterflying shrimp, cut deep enough to make them wider.
Fry a couple of shrimp, enough to taste to adjust dry ingredients (Tony's) before making a large batch.

Ninjas recipe is simple and solid.
Just don’t overcook the shrimp.
