I think he needs to spend some good time in prison receiving some good tranny services from his fellow inmates before the execution.

"Revenge is hollow and insatiable. It never satisfies; it never heals".

He's caught. His life is forfeit, it is no consolation for what was lost though.

I mean this was always going to be the case. The under 25 group is easy to radicalize and have no emotional control. There is a reason why most of the shooters are little dumbass white kids.

I’m furious. But there is a lesson here for parents.

We need to work harder to make sure our kids have a strong foundation in faith, family, and community. Without those things they are vulnerable to manipulation by radical voices in our mainstream media, on the internet, and even on some college campuses.

A community’s sense of place and faith-based culture are every bit as important when choosing a neighborhood as the crime rate or local job market. It’s not emphasized by homebuyers enough. It should be.

I doubt he was consuming a lot of main stream media at 22. The internet you have a valid point with.

I would be shocked if this wasn't a highly religious community

Not sure. The area he grew up looks like a suburban area. People can get isolated in that environment easily if they want to especially if it’s a heavy Mormon area.

He might also have been raised in a good environment but fell off that train when he gained independence in his 20’s. A lot of kids sort of run away from it in that area especially when they are old enough. That would be really disturbing if that is what happened. That would be a quick radicalization.

His dad was a sheriffs deputy. In Utah that usually means Mormon.

Mormons put a huge focus on faith and family but some kids just rebel and turn away.

The internet doesn’t help. Some really bad influences.

The leftists will say Mormons are oppressive but I can’t think of anything more evil than murder.

lives cut short are always at the hands of losers. No real man or woman would resort to violence.

Look at Hinckley.

CNN and MSNBC? Probably not, Tik Tok, Instagram et al, absolutely. That's where college age kids get a great deal of their political influence from.

100% correct.

I can criticize Mormons and how their culture could isolate people…but that alone wouldn’t push someone towards a radical leftist ideology. I think we have a big problem here when people can move so rapidly to an extreme and violent leftist ideology domestically.

I think the Utah governor suggested yesterday that there are outsiders trying to influence our political discourse in this country and trying to create instability. It may be worth looking into what and who are behind some of those social media posts that target the vulnerable, impressionable, and easily manipulated (LGBT, young people who feel lost in life, lonely people, historically marginalized groups, etc).
