The guy they carried off. “I have a right to remain silent” guy?
He’s not the shooter but he’s not right? That’s not the line I’m using. If I’m scooped up by cops for something that awful that I know I didn’t do.
I didn’t do it. You really have the wrong guy. And “attorney”. Would be all you heard from me.

Idk. When the cop who was escorting the old guy said something like "he admitted to the shooting".. I immediately thought that old fricker is in cahoots with the actual shooter..and he's only bringing attention to himself as a means to give the real shooter the time to escape.

It's insane that he was almost immediately released. His every action was an obvious distraction to give the shooter time to escape.

Old guy should immediately be charged with conspiracy or something. He didn't pull the trigger but he deliberately created a distraction in hopes of allowing the shooter to escape.
