There is a staircase leading to the roof

Professional my arse. He walked right onto the roof and never entered the building .Shooter would have made his way to his sniper position by turning left at the top of the stairs and walking straight into position

I don't buy the, "professional hit," theory.
It was planned by someone who knew what they were doing, yes. But, they're an amateur/amateurs and will be caught.

Pull up the location on google maps. once at the top of the stairs he had full access of the roof. This professional nonsense is a cya. Anyone could have walked on the roof, taken the shot and been long gone before anyone realized the access point was just a staircase with multiple avenues of escape.

UvU career development center is the building. He was shot in the green space outside the Hall of Flags

The building is the Losee Center. There are different things inside the building with different names.

if you follow the orange roof all the way back, it leads to one maybe two entrances into the building. He had multiple avenues of access and escape without raising suspicion

I see a line of sight if I'm on the second floor but not if I'm on the ground.
