These kind of attacks happen in schools on the regular

and nothing is done.
Not a fight, but last year my high school aged daughter is sitting in an AP class and an Indian boy said a very crass thing to her. She reported it to the teacher, who did the right thing and told an administrator. The next day, I was sitting in the principal's office with two administrators and a district office rep who basically said they couldn't do anything because the boy's parents would accuse the school of racism and sue.
That's how these kids get away with it. They have enabling parents that create so much problem for schools that its easier to let them get away with things. They grow up and have faced no consequences for their terrible behavior.

And I'm sure some Indian is going to pay a lawyer 10K to sue a school for some high school drama.

If the crass comment was anyway sexual I’d have had an attorney of my own on speed dial. I had a similar situation. A boy was harassing several girls in my daughter’s class - really somewhat typical boy shite, my daughter had enough and told him to stop. He didn’t, she grabbed his arm to reinforce he should stop, he twisted trying to get away and in the process ended up with a spiral fracture from the death grip she had on his arm.
His parents tried to make it a thing when he was the clear instigator, at first the administration was goi g to roll over to avoid a law suit. When, at that point I stopped the meeting ping enough to conference in an attorney friend who is one hell of a litigator there was a course correction. A month later that boy was no longer at the school.
It was a private school which helped expedite his removal but parents have to push back on the admins if they want a change.

A certain School District where I used to live has all but Fallen apart because in order to avoid being called racist they effectively have to let black kids get away with stuff. Because even if they handed out penalties perfectly even for every offense regardless of History blacks would get punished a bunch more. And since everybody refuses to admit that blacks are just violent pieces of shite it's perceived as racism. Well now that there's basically no punishment for many offenses as you can imagine it took the kids about 5 Seconds to figure that out

Friend’s son had a very well off AA tell him he was going to tell the school he called him an N because the kid beat him in basketball. Imagine how the school would’ve reacted. Kid was petrified.

It was sexual adjacent. Indian kid asked my daughter if she was on her period - if so he wanted to eat her tampon. Again, in an AP class.
The problem is female administrators. Schools are full of them. They roll over. Our district had one that pushed back last year and the family did end up suing. There's always a race baiting attorney willing to take a case against the evil white wealthy suburban school district.

Sounds familiar.
There is a case around here where a female admin was thrown under the bus by a higher up when a POS student’s mom got Nakamoto involved. Pretty sure the case has been discussed thoroughly on here already.
What hasn’t been discussed is the massive turnover of teachers and other employees at that school because they know the admin doesn’t have their back.

I would have been prepared to counter sue. I’d also probably had given the kids father the arse whipping the kid deserved.
