These are the dumbest human beings alive. There is no hope for this country. It’s over.

This guy looks like a Tim Allen wannabe.

Big Oil companies have $.
The best thing to conclude is they want a pay out in order for Texaco to stay there.
Reverends Jackson & Sharpton taught them how to complain & ‘empower' themselves.
Of course it’s stupid. But that’s the lesson they’ve learned.
Blame others, get free stuff

So? You’re completely ignoring the point.
He doesn’t look anything like ’Tim Allen’, but did you bother to watch any of the video?

You're clearly confused. Tim "the Tool Man Taylor" had a sidekick with a beard who always wore flannel named Al Borland

This guy is so correct. Jackson was lost a long time ago, and I am not sure it will ever be able to recover. However, these are the same people who would be complaining if the grocery stores moved out of the neighborhood because they were being shoplifted into ruin. I lived in Jackson early on in my life. Attended school at Millsaps College for a short time. It had promise. But then the populace elected councilmen and mayors who did not have sense to get in out of the rain, and yet they complain that the streets are filled with crime and you can't drink the water.
If Trump wants to send the NG to clean up the place, I hope the governor invites him in and they scourge the landscape of violent thugs, regardless of race, that are terrorizing that city.

What's your IQ buddy?

Councilman Stokes kind of jumped the shark on this one but believe it or not, he was one with more of a voice for reason under the Lumumba administration than any of the others. He sounds dumb as a post and yes, it's all about racism with him but sometimes he actually has good ideas.

Watching the video, it seems like this is from last summer pre-election. Any Mississippi folks know what happened to that Texaco?

Nothing, especially their own behavior, is EVER their fault. Ever.

Store in Mobile was closed by city for same reasons..lol

Still there. And Jackson is still a shithole. I suppose Stokes would also blame the local plumbing supply store for them not being able to provide reliable water and sewage utilities.
Seems the only thing worse than crime along every Martin Luther King Blvd is crime along a Medgar Evers Blvd.
But alas…who hasn’t heard that closed and boarded up businesses reduce crime? Seems pretty straightforward.

Then they will complain because all the existing businesses shut down and no one wants to open a new business there.

One of my golf buddies said he was stationed at a base in Jackson before shipping out to Vietnam as a fighter pilot. So, that was late 1960s and he said it was a nice town then. I didn't even know they had a military base.

Probably the National Guard. They have a jar there at the facility with spent bullets in it they pick up when they walk the runway looking for debris. No shite.

In Tulsa it's Quik Trip gas stations. You can't pass by a QT anywhere in the Tulsa metro where there hasn't been a handful of murders.
And I can assure you, it's totally not the fault of the darker complected sophisticants who are coincidentally involved in these instances.

Back in the 60s my buddy’s dad went to Provine. It was a good school then. Went to a basketball game 1999 I think and they had cages around the lunch line. Kids 5-6 yo throwing up gang signs. Times change.

Its like the old adage about why criminals rob banks......its because that where the money is located. These convenience stores are targeted because there is a huge amount of traffic that comes thru. I learned that lesson years ago when I had to stop for gas off of I-20 right near the Six Flags exit going into Atlanta. Was lucky to escape with my life. I swear one minute I was pumping gas all by myself. turned around and there were three or four that appeared out of nowhere surrounding me.
