this is not a b!tching thread (unless you want it to be), just a few critiques i'd like to point out in case LSU is interested. add your own as you see fit......

scorebug on the jumbotron too small to fit all the info they're trying to put on it. the vertical version from the past was better.

piped in music was too loud (#OldManTake). i understand piped in music is here to stay and enjoy some boosie or swag surfin, but couldn't talk to the person next to me without getting in their face and yelling my response while the music was on.

ran out of hot dogs mid 3rd q in my section

something they took care of during the game was my section's "usher" was not only not assisting people finding seats, she was just sitting in the aisle eating, causing congestion, while people were lined up 30-40 deep trying to get through he portal at the start of the game. a supervisor came and relieved her of her duties.

not even touching traffic leaving the stadium because it was as ridiculous as always and i've lost all hope that ever gets fixed.

This is the definition of a bitching thread.

actually i didn't. i came here to point out a few things that could be better.

a few years ago lsu had updated the scoreboard but didn't list "time out remaining" for either team during the first few games. Later that season they updated it. They can/do change things that aren't working great.

I saw a outbreak of wasps in some box seats
Someone from lsu brought the wasp spray out and attacked them all to save the poor women subjected to mayhem

I actually agree with this part. People were bitching last year about them not using more of the space for video (which I disagreed with) but now that they are using more space for video it’s hard as shite to read the actual score (and especially down/distance) from the other end of the field. Also noticed that when they showed highlights of other games you couldn’t see the scores because when they expanded the video to use more of the screen, it cut off the bottom. Figured out you have to look at the SEZ boards to see the scores when they show highlights.

That’s kind of funny because we were in cheap seats near the south end of west uppers, and you couldn’t hear shite from the PA.

The new sound system appears to have the same problems/limitations as the old one.

Still, wouldn’t say it was really any better/worse overall than any other game I’ve been to in recent years.

Looked like they shrunk the font on the ribbon where they post other game scores. I could not read it across the stadium and I dont wear glasses.

I am good with the music for the most part.

If you park with consideration of how you will get then traffic is not a problem. 20 min walk to my car and got right in traffic flow. <10 min on the interstate.

What general area do you park in?

right, i'm not skipping out on games in the future because of these things, just pointing out that they could be better.

same with this and the scoreboard. I guess my eyes are getting older but had a hard time seeing things up there and where to look for them.

same

Traffic debate will never end.... I didn't find it terrible but it could always be better.

If there's one thing that finally makes me give up my tickets, it's this. It's not just annoying, it's painfully loud in the NEZ. I had a long email exchange with Gordy Rush about this couple of years ago. It's a feature,
not a bug. They want it that loud and they're not changing. If you don't like it, stay home. I just might start doing that.
