That's the sharpest, best-preserved 100 year-old I've ever seen, incredible. Would love to see data on residents of FLW houses and corresponding longevity.

Been to 2 Frank Lloyd Wright houses. One was the Kentuck Knob outside Pittsburgh. Its near Falling Water, but it was July 4th and Falling Water was all booked. The second was in Bentonville, Arkansas where their museum area had one bought and moved to for preservation. A great experience and love the themes though i could never actually live in one due to the narrow rooms.

I've read a few books about Wright and visited a few of his buildings but I'd never heard of that district in NY. Thank you for sharing.

Is there an extended version of this segment/special? Very cool and interesting. I love FLW and midcentury homes in general. There are some really great homes in Shreveport built by the Weiner brothers. Most are way out of my price range, though.

Bill was a friend of my mother, I used to love going over to his house as a kid. I was really young, but I remember there was a pool that was kind of an indoor/outdoor hybrid. He had it "natural" before that was a popular thing and there was a colony of frogs living in it
