judge who released the Charlotte killer went to Cooley law school, literally worst in USA

Why are we nominating/hiring judges who went to clown car law schools? Cooley is so bad, there have been demands for years for it to lose its accreditation.

I've told you people on this board before that the government exists and the employment Market almost entirely to pretend that degrees from black schools are real because the private sector knows better

Start prosecuting judges with same charges of offenders that are released by them if they commit a crime after being released. Only then will it stop

Cooley Law isn’t a black school, but it definitely has a reputation of incompetence.

That doesnt' mean degree holders lose their status, too, right? I only means no new graduates.
Also pick any big name law school and there are a distinct handful of idiots. Doesn't matter where you are. Thunderously disagreeble dolts that are causing problems for everyone in the real world.

Tons of LA judges went to a similarly-ranked law school in Southern.
Hell, our governor went to a similarly-ranked law school in Loyola and pretended to be a lawyer for a few years until he tried public office.
I don't think we or NC is unique in that particular pattern. It's a meme with politicians and lots of state judicial positions are political.
*ETA: from what I remember about Cooley, their scam is that they let anyone in, basically, and charge outrageous tuition, and then flunk out 1/3 - 1/2 the class the first year. So the people who actually graduate aren't as bad as the rankings, but they were around some legit idiots their 1st year.
