Just keep it close for a half so I can enjoy the melt. It’s the little things in life we have to learn to appreciate more!

Would be nice, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if Keelon Russell was their starting QB by the time the LSU-Bama game comes around.
Or maybe they stay with Simpson; he stays for his senior year; and Russell transfers to LSU in the offseason to battle it out with Van Buren and Hurley for the starting job.

Enjoyed this very much growing up in Monroe. We went to Shreveport to a Mudbugs game the same day they were playing in the Independence bowl and trolled traveling Gumps with the score on a piece of paper in the window. Got a few laughs but a lot of birds, too.

I’m not worried about losing a coordinator like that but the danger is always they could get it right. If Shula had won just 2-3 more games in 2006 he doesn’t get fired which means they don’t hire Saban. I want the Bama coach to be Peter Gibbons, does just enough to not get fired.
