But what the hell is he doing with a head set on on the sidelines! And getting as involved during the game as the position coaches??

Hes making sure the play call they have lines up with the EA sports game simulation he played prior to.

He’s on the football staff. Why would it bother you if he has a role on game-days? He’s obviously not stupid.

I agree that it's surprising to see him so involved on the sideline. I wonder what role he's playing during games. Wouldn't expect that.

Could be as simple as relaying injuries to whoever is lining up special teams units.

Isn’t AT supposed to be heavily involved in talent evaluation and in securing talent.
Would not it be prudent if he fully understood what the coaches were doing with the talent and what their plans were?

I could see him trying to learn as much as he could ftom what Sloan, Baker, Kelly and the others are saying and doing.
