This is one of the best linebacking corps we have ever had. I believe if everyone stays healthy we will have some bloodbaths and at least 5 shutouts this season

After rewatching the game I thought Wes had as much of an impact as either Whit or Harold.

It's funnier if it's Weeks, Perkins, and Weeks.

West certainly isn’t Whit outside of the hashes and can get beat by quicker guys, but damn he’s solid inside and his tackling (honestly the whole teams) is several tiers above where it has been the last couple seasons. We made open field tackles and 1v1 stops on Saturday that we would never have made the last several years

Yeah, remember the poster who claimed Keys should be STARTING ahead of West Weeks? That opinion isn't playing well over time is it? That is NOT being critical of Keys but there was a reason that West Weeks was 1st team at his position....and it was proven in the Clemson game. No way does Keys play as well or better than West Weeks in that game.

Scary part is the young guys behind them might be better athletes.

I agree they wrapped almost every tackle. Very few "thud" type hits.

In that game. I'll bet by seasons end, Keys is playing more than Weeks.

West was all over the place. It seemed like he was in on every tackle. Very excited to see him settle in over the year into his role even more!

wrapping up, bringing the guy down, making the sure tackle is way more important than the thud hit. I can remember so many times over the years when players went for the thud but didn't bring the player down and he runs for another 20 yards. I'll take thi instead.

Bradie James and Trev Faulk were pretty good, and there was a third who was also decent but I can’t recall.

Nope, ain't going to happen. Keys will get his plays each game, but West Weeks will remain the starter and will be on the field more than Keys.

The question is when do we see all 3 Weeks on the field together.

Won’t see five shutouts. After a team has been comfortably put away, subs will come in and give up a score or two. I get your point though.
