I don’t think so. He’s super principled - the wrong principles for sure - but he doesn’t give a shite about anything except advancing the agenda he agrees with. Sad to see a judge that way but I don’t think it has anything to do with being compromised.

Never forget that this judge was on the FISA court during Russia Russia Russia and was the judge that Strzok/Paige were meeting with privately to ensure that the warrants were renewed.
Worth noting he is also on the Alien Terrorist Removal Court as the chief judge and has played a significant part in blocking deportations under the Alien Enemy Act including approaching Roberts privately.
