True or False: Chicago will turn into an urban battlefield?

The saber rattling over Chicago makes me nervous. Do I think Chicago needs an enema? Hell yes, it's rotten to its very core, but it is not DC. There's bad, bad people in Chicago with significant black market drug money and regional turfs at play. I believe they fight back, use IEDs, and there would be sniper attacks, Molotov cocktails thrown, fires set and firemen shot and killed and it turn out very bad for local citizens, particularly as we head into the brutal winters of Chicago.
A guardsman or two may be shot and killed. A guardsman also gets caught on camera shooting and killing someone and MSM and Dems will try desperately to use it to try and make midterm gains.

None of that’s gonna happen because the guard isn’t going to DC unless it’s an LA yep mission where they stand in front of some federal buildings as a show of force. But they won’t be policing the streets of the worst neighborhoods.

The guard should not go into the hood.
The guard stabilizes the downtown commerce areas and infrastructure. Provides some logistics.
The city police and federal law enforcement sweep the crime areas. You can’t have national guard trying to do policing.
