I think I am most excited about the secondary. I really want to see what they can do with creating turnovers.

Justin Reid
Alontae Taylor
Jonas Sanker
Kool-Aid

I do have to admit that Stalbird and Stutsman are exciting to watch as well.

Lastly, does anyone know the name of the kid who was playing C for us during pre-season who looked pretty good? Did they keep, or cut him? I think Simpkins?

I think the Oline will start off shaky the first couple weeks but over time will be a good unit to watch.

Top 3 things I’m interested to watch this season.

3) Defensive Scheme. This is the first time in a while we haven’t had a DA defense. I’m interested in seeing if it can stop the run and create some pressure on the QB.

2) Banks & Fuaga. Two young’s tackle could be bookends for years to come if they play well, that is a foundation to build upon.

1) Coaches. Is CKM a good tactician that can draw up a good play to get you 2 yards on a 3rd and 1, can he win a close game based on play calling, can he use time management, timeouts and challenges wisely, do they come in with a good plan, can they adjust when something is or is not working, do they instill discipline or do we have dumb penalties?

Both Oline and D-line

Dline should be interesting because they're going to run multiple fronts.

The rookie class. I think this has a chance to be the best one that we've had in a few years.

I mainly want to see if KM can hold the team together in a year that will likely be very rough. There have been several great coaches who really have a rough first year but the team keeps playing hard and they lay down a culture that turns into a winner within a few seasons.

There have been plenty others that never really get their footing.

Not sure which one KM will be at this point.

Well, I was looking forward to week 1……and watching a rookie QB grow in the offense. I am still going to watch of course, but I would be lying if I said I was as enthusiastic to watch Rattler.

I was much more interested in watching for the upside
