Did the publicity match the effort over the last 321 straight games?

That’s a lot of effort.

Did it translate to recruits and extra wins?
They got left behind by their biggest rival to the second biggest conference

They are in a horrible spot.

They successfully lobbied Gameday to Pullman and had one of the better episodes there in recent memory.

It was a staple of the franchise for decades.

Yes it was worth it.

I'm assuming someone local just goes once a week and they give them a flag.

Doesn't seem that difficult

Only if they paid that person… if you’re not paid it’s easy to blow off GameDay and oversleep or just not give AF at some point during that streak

Dude.

I used to not be able to get my booth marketing materials sent to me from a professional marketing company.

I understand there’s a difference. But the local guy still had to get flag, fly flag all day.

I couldn’t rely on my fraternity brothers to drive the smoker to our lot in the same city 7 times a year.

I rarely watch it any longer, but when it's on I always look for the WSU flag. It's always front and center for as long as I can remember. Great logo too.

you created a thread about a WSU flag, 20 years later.

I think it was well worth it

To be fair, we make threads about doctors saying smoking cigarettes was good for you in the 50s.

The presence of this thread doesn’t guarantee it being worth it.

You made this thread as if WSU actually had any control over what random fans did flying their flag…
