Unbelievable that some people still blindly support cops. This man is a monster and should be dispatched from this earth with a quickness.

What about the thousands of cops that have saved children? You make it sound like the 5 to 8% of bad ones make up the majority.

The supreme anti-cop shite is old. 720k officers in the US. I spent a lot of time in Louisiana, and have known plenty of shitty revenuer cops with speed traps, etc. I've been jammed up by them.
But I know Ruston cops are not representative of Texas State Troopers, Fulton County sheriffs, they're all different between departments, including between each other. I have three *local* departments, not including state, that I think have jurisdiction over me on the road outside my house. I drive through at least another three jurisdictions getting to my gym or my kids' schools. Zero, absolutely zero, of them (that's probably close to 500 or more LEOs) would do this.
Bad cops need to be prosecuted and fired, but OP's theme has been pretty established recently that I remember.
ETA: Am I being detained or am I free to go?

What about what? Would you get bent out of shape if I posted a story of a waitress that spit in someone's food and reply with "but most waitresses are good...". No, you wouldn't.

Does anyone force you to open my threads? People post threads all the time about criminals. Why don't you respond to those threads with "but the majority of the population are good and law abiding citizens"?

I feel like there’s either more psycho cops lately or the board found a new YouTube algorithm.

So this was a piece of shite father that caused his sons death.
Which part of him being law enforcement contributed to the death?
What a fricking straw man by you. You should be ashamed of yourself.
I usually just ignore you. But I can’t this time. You’re just not a serious person.

It is absolutely relevant. Police officers (both male and female) have higher incidences of domestic violence.

Not to the point you thread title makes.
And you know it's not.

Cops are humans and they make the same mistakes that other humans make. I have no idea if you have children or not but trying to console a baby with colic will absolutely push you into the edges of insanity.
I don't really know how you can reasonably twist this one into cops are bad.

It's a sad state of affairs when the majority posting in this thread refuse to condemn what this cop did and instead make excuses.

First clarify something... did a cop do this or did an angry father do this?
The last 20 crime stories I've read certainly don't read "secretary of Jimbo kills man in traffic accident" or "walmart photo employee shoplifts from target"....
I actually appreciate shite cop threads... but this was not while on official business, right?

Politicians and judges that get caught up in crimes usually aren't on official business either. But their position is always prominently mentioned. So what's the difference?

dex... are you upvoting yourself and downvoting me?
anyway... this individual is a human that did a shite thing. he wasn't acting in his official capacity. in this instance, his profession has nothing to do with his crime.
that is the entirety of my point.
some woman killed three of her four children, or maybe it was two of three, and her husband and self in a fricked up murder/suicide. I can't tell you what her day job was... you know why? because it had nothing to to do with her actions.

Dex, you dick... you ARE upvoting yourself and downvoting me. You can't as easily get away with that this time of morning.
