We’re meeting my little brother, his wife, and their baby in Gadsen, Alabama (half way for both of us) for the weekend so we can catch up and the girls can meet their new cousin. Boudin is definitely on the menu at some point because he can’t find it in Winston-Salem.

Right now we’re thinking:
Burgers, sausage, and boudin for lunch.
Debating between gumbo or pastalaya for game time.

Liquid diet all day.

Haven't decided yet. Saturday is going to be an all day affair, so I'm thinking quick easy meals and snacks to fill in the gaps. Maybe sliders for lunch and pizza at night. That's just alot of carbs.

Either pulled pork or smash burgers, and some good sides.

Neighbor is a huge Texas fan. So I’m excited about early game too

Thinking some breakfast burritos on a flat top for pregame, w some mimosas. But putting a brisket on late Friday, like midnight. To have ready to rest at about 3.

Can’t eat a bunch, would mess w my drinking appetite.

For those (real) Tigers expecting good food, plan to bring your own.
I've been going to Clemson for years
They don't cook or tailgate like we do

Debating on smoking a brisket for nachos or going to a sports bar to watch the 3:30 games. Gonna be too nervous to sit around the house

Breakfast: boudin grilled cheese
Lunch: pulled pork
Supper: Brisket and Jambalaya (we cooked this for nearly every game in 2019 and ran the table. We idiotically moved away from this but we’re bringing it back!)
Drinks: Beer, beer and more beer
Smoke: Padron 1926
