There's a place in Milton, FL, that does savory cheesecakes and their crawfish cake is delish.

Never tried Phil’s but I ate a crawfish cheesecake at Ruffinos and it might have been one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Looked just like the one at Phil’s.

I think back and it has to be top 3 appetizer for me of all time. It seems so relatively easy to make too, which makes me wonder why I've never eaten it outside of Ruffino's.
