Internet/TV Streaming at Tailgates

This will be our 5th year RV tailgating (former TDV2 moving to Alex Box lot this year) and we're looking to upgrade our Internet/TV setup. Using mobile hotspot the last 4 years to stream ESPN, etc. has been extremely inconsistent - especially for big SEC games and closer to game time. We have both AT&T and Verizon cell phones, and the mobile hotspot has been inconsistent with both of them.
What has everyone been using to successfully stream games around campus? I noticed a fair amount of starlink panels set up in TDV2 last year and was wondering how well starlink was working on busy gamedays? I.e. an Alabama game, etc. If you have starlink and recommend, would you get the starlink mini or starlink standard?
Other options I've read about are DISH antenna or getting an actual hotspot router from T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon, but not sure if that would be much different than using mobile hotspot on the phone. Any feedback is much appreciated!!
Geaux Tigers!!

Starllink Roam for RVers. Not sure how good it is but only have heard great things about the starlink home service.

We've used the dish setup for several years. upgraded to the domes (2) within the last couple of seasons. We have been pleased for the most part.
I would look into that or starlink. I'm assuming you will be mounting on top of the RV? Either option would work pretty well.
Actual hotspot routers are garbage, IMO.

We made the switch last year to StarLink and YouTube TV and cancelled DirecTV

I have starlink home. Great service but pricey. Look into starlink mini. That should work for you.

Haven’t tailgated in a few years because of life changes, but for years I had Dish and the tailgater portable dish and it was awesome. Can turn the service on for football season, and pause it during the offseason.
Also used a basic flat antenna works as long as you don’t care about the games on ESPN. Used this option and it picked up all the 11am and 2:30 games on CBS and Fox. Usually packed up everything before heading in for the LSU game so didn’t need it for any of the late games.

Youtube TV has always been a favorite of mine and I have a mobile hotspot wifi box through work that I take. Its been pretty effective for our tailgates.

I think Starlink is the way to go.

My crew switched to Starlink last year, and our only regret is not doing it earlier. It’s your own direct internet connection beamed from a satellite, so it’s not bogged down by how many people are online nearby. Setup is super simple and fast.
Right now, Starlink’s website has a deal where you can grab the larger dish for $175. For plans, you’ve got 50GB of data for $50/month or unlimited data for $165/month. We ran two TVs streaming YouTube TV for each tailgate and blew past 50GB quick, so I’d recommend going unlimited.
Starlink’s been a game-changer - rock-solid connection with no worries about Wi-Fi dropouts, cloudy skies, or other headaches. Highly recommend!

We have starlink and run a Roku for YouTube tv with the 4 screens. Works great. Just don't give out your Wi-Fi password to any kids/teens so they drag down the speed watching on their phones. . Lol.
