2025 Schedule Wallpapers

Posted by cvb0709 on 8/21/25 at 12:19 pm
College football starts on Saturday so I created these 2 schedule wallpapers for phones. I hope you enjoy! :geauxtigers:

My crew switched to Starlink last year, and our only regret is not doing it earlier. It’s your own direct internet connection beamed from a satellite, so it’s not bogged down by how many people are online nearby. Setup is super simple and fast.

Right now, Starlink’s website has a deal where you can grab the larger dish for $175. For plans, you’ve got 50GB of data for $50/month or unlimited data for $165/month. We ran two TVs streaming YouTube TV for each tailgate and blew past 50GB quick, so I’d recommend going unlimited.

Starlink’s been a game-changer - rock-solid connection with no worries about Wi-Fi dropouts, cloudy skies, or other headaches. Highly recommend!
The cell service on campus on Gamedays, especially inside the stadium, is embarrassingly bad. Phones simply do not have any service. As a season ticket holder, I constantly include the lack of reliable cell service as something they need to improve. Cell service is not this bad in any other stadium I have visited. It is inexcusable and needs to be improved. Either bring in more cell service trucks (like they do at Mardi Gras and other big crowd events) or add free wifi inside the stadium. Either way, figure it out LSU.
I do not think there is a scenario where LSU wins the last 4 games, finishes 10-2, and does not make the SEC Championship Game. If LSU wins the SEC, it is a top 4 national seed with a first-round bye in the playoffs. While it may be a long shot, saying LSU does not control its own destiny is simply wrong.
The series "Locked On" has a pod for every school, as well as an all-SEC one "Locked On SEC." The LSU one, "Locked on LSU," is put out daily by Moscona and is a good quick overview of everything happening.

Flanker's Sportsbar in Mandalay Bar, which is a short walk to the stadium. Mandalay Bar is also where several pre-game parties are happening, although I think they are all sold out. Nevertheless, there should be lots of Tiger fans at Mandalay Bay before the game.

USC Game - Single Ticket 50 Yard Line

Section 412, Row 21, Seat 12. Face value is $180 and I am willing to take $150.
Moscona does the Locked On LSU podcast every morning and, since camp started, each episode is a recap of the previous days' practice. Each episode is around 30 minutes and provides a good overview of everything that happened.
Mandalay Bay has several pay events, which is a short walk to the stadium. Flanker Sportsbar is also in Mandalay Bay and they are having a pre-game brunch: Flanker

It looks like Mandalay Bay is the place to be before the game.

Our crew is staying at Circa for Stadium Swim. We have a cabana booked for Saturday and we plan to be at the pool early to catch the end of Gameday and the start of the first games. You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning!

We have a crew headed to Flankers Sports Bar for lunch inside Mandalay Bay. It looks like a cool spot where Raiders fans pregame. The stadium is a short walk from there.

The Circa - Stadium Swim on Saturday to watch all the opening weekend games.

Important note from LSU:

"Should demand exceed supply, tickets will be allocated in two separate waves. The first wave of allocations will be determined by either your Lifetime Priority Point Ranking or Oaks/Team TAF membership level (whichever is higher) as of April 1, 2024.

The first wave of ticket allocations will be limited to your eligible ticket quantity based on the chart below. If you request more than your eligible amount, additional requested tickets will be allocated after all accounts with a lifetime priority point ranking are allocated, until all inventory is exhausted."

If tickets remain after the initial allocation, you could receive more than your "max."
Thanks for the heads up about the FSU game date, here is an updated version. Geaux Tigers!
