He’s a genius and knows what he’s talking about. Am I doing this right?

Chalky, but valid. Klatt's not an SEC guy, so not surprising to see he's sort of with the crowd when it comes to predicting SEC.

SEC Unfiltered did their predictions and had LSU at 10-2 with losses to Bama and OU. He was not sold on the Clemson hype due to their record vs quality opponents.

So you actually believe with our schedule, if we lose the opener to Clemson, that LSU will go 10-1 in the last 11 games? I will take any bet LSU goes 9-3 or 8-4 this year with an unproven OL and RB experience/depth. LSU will be 9-3 at the end of the season.

Kelly is a lot more optimistic with the OL lately. His biggest takeaway was the talent was there, they just need to become more cohesive. He emphasized that Braelin Moore has done an excellent job with line calls and recognition of defenses. That was lacking last season with DJ. Moore played vs Clemson last season and graded out well. The last couple live practices the OL did not give up a sack so there is definitely improvement.

As for BK, he's made some bold predictions going into the opener that haven't panned out so we'll have to wait and see.

That's what I feel because I remember the last 2 seasons were well into fall camp BK was saying how they're still trying to find the right fit in the secondary. He's not acting like that at all which means we're at least average at a minimum. Oh and a good center solves most problems.

It’s funny we like him now and suddenly hate Josh Pate. “Bama homer!”

Agreed. LSU is losing at least 3 regular season games, which unfortunately keep us out of the playoffs. Too many question marks for this team...and Brian Kelly being Brian Kelly.
