She’s going to get some prison time for trying to BS the Grand Jury.

If all sentences were imposed consecutively at the maximum (highly unlikely), Cantrell could theoretically face up to 175 years in prison. However, legal experts note that in similar cases, effective sentences are often much lower, potentially ranging from probation to 10-20 years depending on the outcome

It’s a federal case. Whatever she gets, she’ll probably do most of it.

To be sentenced to spend any number of years with Latoya would be worse than the death penalty.

She will get a couple years for the perjury and obstruction, bunch of probation, and a large amount of restitution.

Have you even seen the indictment?

Accused of lying about her relationship with her boyfriend.

Hate to say it but no way a jury convicts her.

A year for every interception that Rattler throws this season. I'm guessing Life.

Lying to federal investigators and a federal grand jury guarantees jail time. She openly continued the illegal actions knowing she was being investigated.

Feds don't indict public corruption unless the case is solid.

Her only chance is to get one or some jurors from "her people" on the jury to try to hang the verdict. Hard to believe the dems will risk jury tampering to save this pos. Particularly dealing with a Trump DOJ.

Don't know the judge. 12 to 15 years.

When the Feds started looking at this was the time to come clean, make restitution, etc with Biden DOJ. Lying to federal grand jury will be her undoing. Shows how stupid and entitled she is.

The specific jail term she faces depends on the outcome of her trial, as she has not yet been convicted. If convicted, the potential penalties for the charges are as follows: • Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud (1 count): Up to 7 years in prison. • Wire Fraud (6–12 counts, depending on the source): Each count carries a maximum of 7 years, potentially totaling up to 42–84 years if sentenced consecutively (though concurrent sentencing is common). • Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice (1 count): Up to 5 years. • Obstruction of Justice (1 count): Up to 7 years. • False Statements to Federal Investigators (1 count): Up to 5 years. • False Declarations Before a Grand Jury (2 counts): Each count carries up to 5 years, totaling up to 10 years.
