Why does ESPN post LIV scores on main page

Why would ESPN validate the circus and give it one ounce of credibility?

I actually watched the last hour or so of LIV today.
Not a bad watch. Rahm finishing with all those birdies was cool to see.

I mean espn is a sports media company reporting on pretty much everything sports … all the time…. Where’s the disconnect here?? And I dislike LIV

It provides unwarranted legitimacy by putting scores on page 1 of main site.

Why do you care. But the best golfers in the world play live.

Why did you start this thread. Because we don't give a crap what you think about anything. But I guess I am giving you validation.

They have more elite golfers than Henry Hall and MacIntyre chasing down Shuffleboard

I enjoyed the watch. Between the actual tournament winning, plus season long championship, and then looking to see whether Poulter’s or Stenson’s career was basically done for made a good couple of hours.

The majors say otherwise.

LIV golfers have won 3 of the last 12 majors.
LIV is not deep, but Rahm and about half a dozen others are still able to compete at a high level.
At $300 million, I would think Rahm sleeps good.
Dechambeau is certainly a top 5-10 golfer in the world.
People are devoted to hating LIV.
I noticed the tour has made many changes that players had asked for for years after the LIV split.
I do t care for the shotgun start, loud music, shorts, etc, but it’s their choice.
I’m not a fan of the Saudi’s money, but the PGA tour seems OK with it.

I went to it yesterday, it is a good event. Logistics were great, from bussing from parking ( high quality coaches, not school buses), getting food and drinks all over the place, hydration stations where you can fill up your re-fill bottles with water and people driving around with carts selling beer and water.
The music is really only loud on the party hole, cant hear it all over the course and the golf is enjoyable and because there are less fans than the PGA you can get much closer to the action.
It was a fun time and i absolutely would go again and the walking pass for Sunday was only $55
drink prices are steep though

LIV golfers have only won two majors since the inception of LIV.

I agree Scottie is the best player in the world right now, but there are a handful of top 20 guys on LIV.
