Have a bunch of classic rock and roll cd's. Does anyone want them for free, or should I just throw them away?

Post a list or at least a sampling. I'm sure someone here will be interested.

If you have an older vehicle you might still have a CD player. Also good to own a physical copy in case streaming ever gets turned off or is no longer free (in exchange for putting up with ads).

Crazy how music media has evolved

Reel-Reel
Vinyl
8-Track
Cassette
CD
Ipod
Streaming

What's next? music downloaded directly to the brain?

Making somewhat of a comeback. Sound is just better.

Too bad they aren't making 45s and 78s. Kids born today won't know the joy of playing a 33 on 78.

My father passed away last January. He loved music and had about 400 classic rock, 90s alternative, blues and country CDs. I sold them for $300 on Facebook Marketplace. The guy that bought them was middle aged and stoked to get them.

Donate them to your local library. I've done that.

Use them for target practice.

I used a blowgun and a slingshot on my old cd's.

I have about 400 old CD's I copied as MP3 files to an external hard drive. I bought some 16GB and 32GB USB thumb drives and I make playlists from the MP3 files to play in my vehicle via the USB drive. It's very easy to do if you have a laptop with a USB drive and iTunes.
