Does anyone have an Olight mini keychain light? How robust is the USB extension?

Just saw they were on sale and it looks handy. Any issues with charging with the half of a USB stick thing? Thanks

Can’t speak to that one but I have this one and it’s incredibly bright for its size.

Rechargeable by a USB (don’t remember which one)

I looked at a few different lights and decided on the Nitecore Tiki. It's bigger but we'll worth the size difference from the mini. The mini is extremely small where as the Tiki is more of a true flashlight in a smaller form.

Yeah. This one looks excellent. Thanks. I might order both. Can never have too many.

No issues at all, had mine for 6 months or so. So much better than a phone light and so convenient on my key ring.

That would get destroyed on my keychain, based on the wear my Streamlite Nano and Pelican 1810 have seen.

I've been a Flashaholic for approximately 15 years. I've tried to get help but nothing works. I can't stop researching and buying high quality flashlights, headlights and lanterns.
If you're in the market for a low profile keychain light then you need to look at a lighting company that isn't well know outside of the Flashaholic community. RovyVon. Their keychain lights are what put them on the map.
I Luv Olight, I own a bunch of them and in fact I just received their Oclip Ultra
today from Amazon. The RovyVon keychain light is the same size and price as the Olight that you're considering but it's 650 lumens!
The Olight is 50 lumens which is like candlelight.

How warm does that get at 650 lumens? My EDC is a Streamlight Wedge, I use it frequently for extended periods but I think it has enough aluminum to act as a sufficient heat sink at its normal 300 lumen output mode.

I purchased my RovyVon in 2018 and it's still going strong today. Bout to upgrade to the new model that has a USB-C charge port. I'm trying to rid my life of anything using those horrible micro usb cables.
I don't remember the light every getting hot but with these little lights you're not running them tor too long. 99% of the time it's used when someone in a dark bar loses their keys or a piece of jewelry.

Their flat flashlights look pretty cool. Rechargeable 1800 lumens.

Lol. I was just looking at that one last night. I bought a smoke machine for intake and EVAP testing so I need a green laser.

I think it would feel better in a pocket then a round light.

I've got nothing but Olights. Some people hate em, I tend to really like them. Get a lot of value with them.

I have the 1st version of this one which is smaller. It stays in my truck always and I absolutely love it. I have 3 of the Olight Batons and they're great as well but the Oclip is great.

I've used it sharpen the blades on my bush hog. Magnet it to the underside of the wall and get to grinding on the blades.

I gave a good friend one for his birthday and he loves it as well.

Going on 4 or so months and no issues yet. Really convenient having it on my truck fob ring.
