The fact that such a thing even exists, much less so openly, absolutely blows my mind.

Agree... all for 1st amendment, but the fact that its legal to pay people to protest and disrupt things is crazy.

Seems like a great biz for the IRS to dive into and audit. Guarantee there is tax fraud on both sides of the aisle (company and recipient).

It should be illegal, imo. It's a perversion of the first amendment.

Neighbor: "Now that Johnny has finished hi PhD in International Studies, what kind of job did he land?"

Mom: "Oh, he works for company called Crowds on Demand. He had to start at the bottom but to move up the front row soon".

Does the company pay hospitalization if real opposition shows up and cracks the heads of the paid agitators?

This should be patently illegal -

Everyone has the right to say what they want - and petition the government over any grievances they have.

They should NOT have the 'right' to instigate sedition, or promote inconvenience others, in pursuit of your 'thoughts.'

Governmental decisions need to be made on the basis of logic, benefit to the national security & common sense wrt fairness, not on threats of lawlessness.

They are not paid protestors. They are paid agents that need to be arrested and charged for an illegal assembly and for disturbing the peace and for causing criminal damage to property.

There is no first amendment rights for paid terrorists. They stopped being protesters the moment they were paid to create chaos.

Have them flip on whoever hired them and then make the dummy business flip on who contracted them working your way all the way up the food chain.

It is definitely a perversion of the first amendment.

I can't wrap my head around what it would take to make it illegal, though.

The fact is, our laws and set up were made for a moral people with common ground... we just aren't THAT anymore.

The Marxist will organize demonstrations and push hard trying to force violence between federal law enforcement simply to create choas and say "Trump bad". They won't care about the possible consequences on the city or it's people.

It's all from the liberal media to show something for their agenda driven stories. All optics and yet another clue how dishonest the media is in their reporting. These reporters know it's all paid for and yet they still make a story out of it every time. I would guess that the rent a mob people send out the invites for the media to show up at a specific time for their photo ops.

Often, the paid protesters get bonuses for being arrested. So, they are incentivized to escalate things. It's fricked.

Soros has been funding protests for years. Remember the antifa "protestors" in Seattle & Portland? Masks, transportation, lodging, signs, shields, etc all provided.
