Seattle Nutjob Shoots Disabled Veteran in Wheelchair

This guy is a piece of shite and going to jail -- he already has a conviction for driving his truck into a "Republican Voter Registration Tent" a few years back. The shooter backs up 20 feet and slowly pulls a gun from his satchel and puts one in the wheelchair bound man's chest.
This has got to stop.
ETA: Well it looks like it linked the initial footage as well since it was the first post. Not sure how to fix that.

I hope that guy goes under. You can’t provoke someone to defend themselves and then claim self defense.

Pulling an airsoft gun during an altercation is an all time bonehead move.
Just let me go ahead and escalate this with absolutely 0 way to defend myself.

In the video he's saying that wheelchair dude pulled a gun on him. If that's true that changes things IMO (assuming the shooter is licensed and legally carrying). Airsoft gun or not, you can't pull a weapon (and one likely indistinguishable from a real gun) on someone and then not expect to be met with equal force if that person is also carrying a gun.
I do love how he shoots the dude and then says "It's okay, everybody."
ETA: I'm not excusing this dude from being a piece of shite a-hole. Just talking about the shooting itself. Also, does anybody know if it was confirmed if this dude was actually a veteran?
It also seems weird that this dude was not in prison if he was previously convicted for trying to run over people with his car.

Not really. You can't start an altercation and then shoot someone and claim self defense. There's pretty much some form of that law in every state.
