Paying poor men to get snipped?

I see a lot of baby mama drama videos where they don’t want to be a part of their children’s lives. Totally get it, don’t want kids. Wouldn’t it be more feasible for govt to just give $1k to a willing man to get snipped? Free of charge +1k to buy weed or whatever.

They'd have to be responsible enough to go back to make sure they cleared and that's variable within individuals.

I wouldn't pay someone to be sterilized. But I do believe that people who do not want kids, should have an avenue to get sterilized at an extremely small cost. I hesitate to say government subsidized, but it's cheaper to keep those individuals from raising an unwanted child. Grown arse adults making adult decisions until it's time to put in the effort.
