What do y’all know about the Chenier apartments in Mandeville?

I got a friend looking for a place on the north shore.
He’d like to be in Mandeville. So far he’s looked at Chenier, Botanica, the Collins, and Brookstone.

I’m in favor of totally banning apartments in Mandeville, Covington, and Madisonville. If you want apartment living, go to Slidell.

Lived in Brookstone right after we got married. Was nice. But agreed - need to ban all apartment developments on the NS.

Botanica was nice 25 years ago. Good location though

Absolutely. It's absurd to have those disgusting ones that are around Francos. I can't believe those haven't been leveled.
