I agree but we need both. We need a robust enforcement arm which is actively removing illegals as well as allowing an efficient avenue for them to self-deport.

While that is happening we need to be shutting down the programs which are enticing them to come here in the first place. This isn't just the free healthcare, free education, etc. but also holding accountable those people, NGOs, charities, etc. which are on the ground in other countries creating, organizing and funding these massive caravans.

Start charging and fining the businesses and corporations who made hiring them a damn policy. Don't let them plead ignorance and get away with it with nothing more than a stern talking to. Hold them accountable, close the loopholes they use, and implement the laws we have on the books to ensure that they never take that route again.

Until we see these companies held accountable and their names leading the headlines about these raids, no lasting change will have been made.

We paid billions to get them here, billions more taking care of them while here and now billions more to deport them.

Democrats will open the borders again first chance they get.

We are seeing a multi-front strategy going on from the Trump Admin.

Stopping the flow of the invaders is Phase 1. That has been pretty much accomplished but still work to do.

Phase 2: Sealing off the US/Mexican border. Construction is on-going with lots of tech being deployed. Ports of Entry are being beefed up with more personnel and resources.

Phase 3: Over $69 billion has been allocated for various border protections, the hiring of New ICE/CBP agents.

Phase 4: Working to cut off the freebies being given to the illegal invaders.
This means food stamps, Medicaid, the EITC that is being used to steal billions from us, the good ole American taxpayer.
Some progress is being made but the sewer rats are fighting this on tooth and nail.

Phase 5: Going after employers who are using illegals for slave wages. Not enough progress on this one and needs to be stepped up.

Phase 6: The 2030 US Census. The left has used millions of illegals to steal 25-30 House Seats and 25-30 EC votes.
Several US Senate seats have been stolen from the voters.

Clean up the US Census and America wins big.
