What do you use to track routine home maintenance items? Spreadsheets, a Maximo type tool?

Your home, cars, and life have several opportunities for PMs and WOs.

Curious would an app type system be beneficial? I’ve created something we use to track those items (air filter, pest spraying, gutter maintenance, oil changes, cleanings, yard, etc). It adds up to about 100 easily. Think I may be on to something.

Do I have the next best idea?

No need for a list. I have a wife.

I create notes in my phone and reminders in my calendar
I’m not sure if that’s what you mean?

I swear you get dumber daily, and that's a very low bar.

Youre more than welcome to dig up my past posts, but you and I both know youre bluffing and have zero idea of what youre talking about.

HomeZada, Househappy, Centriq, and Sortly.

You need an app to know when you need to clean your house or yard?

I saw something where a guy used ChatGPT to come up with a home maintenance schedule and make a calendar of what he should do and when.

I didn't see the results but that should get you most of the way.

I tell you what I did about 2 years ago. I sold every fricking thing I owned. The 3 bedroom house with shop and pool. Then I bought be a little house in town. I change the 1 air filter every month.
