America’s War on Arab Christians

Tucker Carlson’s recent castration of Texas senator Ted Cruz produced several notable moments, one of which came when Cruz asserted that the Bible commands Christians to support Israel—by which he meant the political entity established in 1948 as the State of Israel.
To many Christians of Arab origin, this interpretation of biblical writ is simultaneously amusing and frustrating, eliciting more questions than scripture can answer. As arguably the oldest community of Christians in the world, are they called upon to embrace anything that could be interpreted as “support” for Israel, even if that means misguided intervention that kills innocents and leads to their displacement and destruction? One need not cite canon to know that the answer is “no.”
Some food for thought from that notorious hotbed of anti-Semitic thought, The Mises Institute.
I'm sure some of our religious Christian friends on this board won't really care because they're Arabs and use the term "Allah" when worshiping in their churches. Probably no different than Hamas.

My pastor said that these aren't real Christians since they don't go to one of our satellite campuses. They don't even watch his sermons on YouTube.
Anyhow, we must bless Isruhl.

Zionist evangelicals in this country largely subscribe to a heretical doctrine that ignores the new covenant and instead replaces it with one that places the lives of those who renounce the Savior over their brothers and sisters in Christ. One only need to look at the decline in Christianity in places like Lebanon, Syria and the old British Mandate of Palestine from 1948 until today to realize that our unfettered support for Israel has permanently destroyed Christianity's influence in the region.

The distinction between GOD's chosen people and the State of Israel has been lost.
I'm all about supporting GOD's people, but the State itself is more corrupt than even the US government. Thanks to Mossad, the US is basically the bigass whopping stick for power-mongering Hebrews hiding behind a facade of Judaism.
It took me a long time to accept this and I'm still conflicted about it. I don't know how to fix it.

Nah your pastor said they weren’t Christians because the are either Catholic or Orthodox and not one of the churches that spouted up 1,500 years+ after Christ ascended to heaven.

the modern nation state of Israel is not the heir of God’s promises to ancient Israel

Posters like FlboogoTigs in another thread literally were saying “imagine caring about genocide of Iraqis”

Oh look... Another Jootard thread.

I'm sorry, but we are going to need you to clarify who you think "God's chosen people®" are.

Kenneth Copeland was promised multiple jets and a private runway 3,000 years ago.

Huge boomer belief.

I've had prots on this board go so far to disparage and discredit Orthodox Christians and Eastern Catholics as "not Christian" and deserving of Israel's wrath, that they insist there is no such thing as "holy" Christian sites, so it doesn't matter if Israel razes them to the ground.
Nowhere near as holy as his pastor's pulpit at the Reformed Baptist Pentecost Non-Denominational Church of Christ on Sycamore Avenue, Dallas, Texas, and their deep Apostolic authority dating back 13 ½ years when they broke off from their heretical ex-sister-in-law denomination. Those folks are going to hell and they ain't holy either.
Dispensationalism can't die soon enough.

quote:The boomers can't help themselves. They cling to their Scofield Bible and John Nelson Darby's heresies like desperate Orthodox Christians in the Middle East cling to existence while Zionists assault them from the rear and Muslims from the front.
There it is. As I alluded to in the OP, The Mises Institute is of course a well-known affiliate of Stormfront.
What really makes them blown their top is when the 2 ancient churches who were taught from Jesus's disciples both have taught from the beginning that WE CHRISTIANS are Israel. They're like the self-hating purple haired prog white women in that they hate what they are.
It's sad. And heresy.

I believe that the Roman Catholic and Eastern Ortho churches are today's "Israel".
I do support the nation-state of Israel, but, that has nothing to do with my religious belief. People who want US Mid East Foreign Policy to be governed by their religious belief that the Bible commands the USA to support the State of Israel are dangerous.

They don’t make a good case for Palestine with their history lesson.

Less Christians because birth rate is lower than Muslims and many emigrated to majority Christian nations because of the second intifada and being marginalized by the majority Muslim community.
