I have all I need and then some. Like an idiot, I decided to browse the sites and came across the Gforce Arms lever action Saddlehorn / Huckleberry series. They have them chambered in 357, 44mag, and 30/30. Now I will have to grab one.

Do I need it? No
Does it serve any purpose other than sexiness? No
But damn... always wanted a lever action but just couldn't justify the price.

I haven't yet. I'll wait for the tax holiday later this month before I grab one. You can find these for around $500.

I could load them if I truly wanted but I’m not concerned about .357 subs, plus Weagle answered the question. .38 special will work great if I want to run subs

I want a lever action .44mag or .500 and complementary side arm just because. Thinking if I ever go bear country to have same caliber. Purely for grizzly stoppage or just because. Thoughts on what is better.

One of my favorite guns is my Winchester 9422M .22 mag. My dad gave it to me for my 16th birthday. I have a Leupold 6x compact on it. They are pretty rare. It’s a tac driver. I used to carry around as a truck gun in high school. I may have killed a few skillet heads with it back in the day with some head shots.

I’ve killed mostly whitetail and one black bear in Arkansas with my Winchester .44 I inherited from my grandfather and none of them ever took another step after I shot them just using regular old ammo he had in his gun case. Not sure about stopping a grizzly but I’ve been very impressed with that little carbine’s stopping power.

Yeah, I'm thinking 44 but the thought of having a rifle that compliments my 38spc revolver also sounds good.
