Boat is in shambles

Hit a submerged tree while running the boat last weekend. May be the end of an era with the 2004 chapparal.

Is there a crack in the fiber glass or is the lower unit the only damage?

Fiberglass is cracked a little on the swim platform

Lower unit strike is covered by insurance

Fairly easy fix. New complete lower unit isn't THAT much either.

How's the transom?

And can you physically see where it might be damaged from the inside?

eta: I've been in a boat where this happened and it wasn't a problem outside what you see... prop wasn't even hurt.
