Glad I didn’t go to that garbage. Family is in from out of the country so I decided to spend time with them. Good choice.

Didn't they have a football game there with even more people?

I’m guessing they didn’t let them bring a cooler like a race.

Since when is cloudy 73 degrees at 1 pm hot

The food is inexcusable considering they didn’t build the fricking grandstand for this game, clown of the MLB to not let the locals run more of that

I not only did not learn until today that this was in Tennessee, but I also lived an hour and a half away for the past ten months. Always assumed this racetrack was in Indiana or something.

How do you live that close and not know where Bristol is? It’s in no way a major city but I always saw it mentioned when going to East Tennessee and south Virginia as a kid.

Yep.....the VT-Tenessee game was 156k and I attended.

It was the oppositie experience for me on logistics...lots of beer, lots of food, golf carts picking up and taking older people to and from the stadium. Getting in was a little bit fo a pain, but everyone tried to maximize tailgating. Some views were not that great but the expeirence itself was very good.

Only complaint as usual was VT sucking at football

This has to be on MLB

I’d like to know that as well. I never heard it mentioned once but heard about the university of Tennessee sports teams nonstop. My wife listened to the radio a lot and you’d think there would have been a commercial or something. I can definitely tell you exactly where Morristown Nissan is, though.

Not a good enough reason for me to excuse not knowing this.

Because college football and nascar know how to accommodate crowds of southerners.

Yeah, I've never lived anywhere close but I know where it is because I drove past it on the interstate.

I assume this was ran like game at Rickwood last year and according to a city official I talked to about that MLB ran 100% of everything for that game. "We were like guests in our own house."
