Not sure how much media is allowed today. I’m assuming there was no filming allowed. Not a ton of info out yet. Feel free to compile any notes here.
Obviously this is subject to change, but article on the Week 1 depth chart:
What LSU's fall camp depth chart looks like: Week one

Ready for the weekly injury updates on Anderson that he’s a game time decision for 6 weeks in a row.
Jk I’m sure he’ll be ready to go Week 1

Loveeee the Davis update. Kid has all the tools to be a great tackle. Need him ready against a strong Clemson front

If he tweaked a hamstring like some have suggested then let him sit and hardcore rehab for 2-3 weeks. He isn’t needing the reps like Nic and Brown do, he has chemistry already with Nuss.

I heard PJ woodland also had a strong practice and has had a stellar camp overall. I truly don’t see how he isn’t on the field a ton vs Clemson. I think he’s a perfect guy to matchup on their stud slot receiver Antonio Williams in man coverage

Hopefully have a rotation of 3-4 guys at CB vs Clemson.
Delane, Stamps, Pickett, Woodland
We’ve come a long way from Sage Ryan starting at CB vs USC last year

Thanks for the thread Boosie. Great to hear that Davis had a good day today.

Hell just two years ago we had a cb from Syracuse starting on the boundary lol. It’s nice that LSU is back to having a full room of dogs AT the position. Hell in the guys you named you didn’t even mention jakeem Jackson that’s a testament to how deep the cb room is now

Jujuan Johnson is a playmaker.
I’m hopeful to see him utilized somehow

I think he’s the new Russell Shepard, he’ll do everything - maybe he’ll throw a pass or two

Take away his completion from Tredez and he had a meh day. Hopefully this is a sign of the D coming together!

If he throws a pass he won't be the new Russell Shepard because he never threw a pass.

It’s very early in camp but a few things that are tickling the red flag.
Offense is typically a lot better than defense early in camp but the offensive stats say otherwise. Nuss stats are glaring for a couple reasons. Still nervous in the pocket with bad protection or not seeing the field. This is a good WR group, completions should not be hard to come by. Durham is head and shoulder above the rest. I’m rooting for Jackson but he’s looking like the same guy. Depth at the RB position is a concern.
I know BK wants to reduce soft tissue injuries but we need to be tackling. Our tackling the last few years has been horrendous. Wasting 7 practices by not tackling, while theoretically preventative, is not setting the team up for success. We are playing a good offensive team out the gate with a big running QB, have to tackle well to get off the field.
Looks like there is a lot of work to do over the next few weeks. Let’s see if they can get ready.

Lol if there is one position and player not to worry about it’s Nuss.

Holy overreaction. By all accounts nuss has been dialed in and throwing dimes all camp. He had a so so day today but this defense is a lot more talented now their gonna have days they win. Idk why fans can’t just take nuss having an average day as a great sign for the defense instead of putting a negative spin. Only 1 team in all of CFB has a 4k yard passer returning and that’s LSU. Sounding the alarm bells on nuss is foolish
