Assuming Clemson is ranked 2nd or 3rd should LSU jump to number one over what seems to be Penn State. I say yes, and I think Nuss throws for over 300 yards, 1 int., and runs for about 50 yards. If LSU beats Clemson at home at night. They should be number one1......

What about the winner of Ohio State and Texas? Two teams that will likely be ranked ahead of both LSU and Clemson. Or did you just not even consider other teams?
I would also like to wager any amount of money that you would like that Nuss doesn't end up with more than 30 rush yards

Only care about #1 ranking at end of the season.

Why would you assume that?

Preseason rankings are dumb but I expect Clemson/LSU to both be around 5-10.

His rushing over/under will be set at like 7 yards for that game

Penn state won’t be # 1 that’s for sure

I want to beat clemson and sit around 7 for most of the year...

Just on the outside of the top 4. Keep our guys hungry and humble.

I would assume LSU is around 7. I would be suprised if Clemson is outside of the top 5,

I see the top five being something like

Texas
Penn State
Ohio State
Georgia
Clemson

Then some combination of ND/LSU/Bama/Oregon/Miami

Nuss said he has worked on it and will run more this year; I see him breaking a couple medium runs for 10 to 15 yards. So, I see an easy 50-yard night. Especially since the OL may give away some ground, I see him running several times. As far as Penn St., most preseason predictions have them at #1, Clemson #3,#4, and LSU 5th or 6th.

Lol ok man. I hope you're right. Btw, two 10 yard runs and a 15 yard run is only 35 yards... And that's not including any sack yardage.

I didn't say anything about Penn State so I'm not sure what that has to due with anything...

Notre Dame will definitely be top 5. It doesn’t mean much, but that’s what the media will decide

You’re aware sack yardage counts against this right? And we have 2 new tackles? And Nuss historically has no instinct on taking off? Yikes

When LSU beats Clemson, it would be CBK 1st season open win as coach at LSU. That would be a huge achievement for him.

The media will simply say that Clemson is overrated.

#1 rank early in the season is overrated and leads to some false hopes. I'd rather be working my way up and achieve #1 by the end...
