Any recommendations from the board for a residential move? So far I've requested estimates from Atmosphere Movers, Abba Movers, and Moving Nola based on some quick internet searches and recommendation by a coworker for Atmosphere.

Abba Movers

I have used them multiple times based on recommendations off this site. I was very pleased each time. I have also referred them to family and friends who all had positive experiences as well.

You can’t find anyone bc we’re full. Please take the hint and stay on your side of the lake.

Two Men and a Truck is who we used the last two times we moved. Metairie to Mandeville, and then Mandeville to Ponchatoula.

I'm coming and I'm bringing my nuclear family and conservative values with me. Deal with it.

Well that’s why it’s nice here so don’t act like you are doing anyone any favors, and the shite attitude from people from the south shore has certainly not been an improvement. Regardless, it’s still a great place, welcome.

We used some mandeville FD guys, they did a great job. They are paid hourly, like $150-200/hour for a couple guys. They were efficient. I forgot how we got in touch with them, I think in FB.

Chill my guy. Our sellers are moving to Idaho so no net change in population. You won't even notice us.

My next thought was “welcome”, followed by my recommendation for a mover.
