Will American Christians (true Christians not dispensationalists) demand the US go to war against Israel?
Building a 3rd temple is an affront to Christianity and will be dedicated to their deity, who some think could be the biblical Anti-Christ

Why should the U.S. go to war against Israel for a blasphemous act like building the temple? Should we go to war against any Muslim country that prints a Q’uran or builds a mosque?

Even Christians differ on their opinions. Some believe that the building of the temple will be a signal of Christ's return in the end times of Revelation some believe Christ himself was the new temple.
The Jews also differ. Orthodox want to rebuild and return to the ritual sacrifices
The Reformed thinks the houses of worship they build are Temples
and Conservative Judism ,, the group that has significant influence in Israel, wants to build the Temple on the sire but not restart the ritual sacrifice

If the Jews want to build a third temple, let them it has absolutely nothing to do with Christianity or the Rapture which is really the main reason so many Christians are obsessed with Israel
