To be able to file a Civil class action lawsuit against Obama and all those in his cabinet who mislead Americans by this phony intelligence story or would everyone be immune to civil suits? We were definitely robbed of all the things that he could have done had his attention not been consumed defending himself against impeachment. I would like nothing better than to bankrupt all these frickers!

I don't know, but I am pro being able to sue the government every time it lies to us.

Wait until all the facts are known about the origin of COVID, reasons they opened the border, funneled our tax dollars through USAID, the child trafficking that has occurred with our own monies, paying illegals out of our social security funds, etc.
I could go on for days on what our own federal government has done against We The People.

Yes, I’m aware the executive branch is afforded certain legal protections but violations of the constitution by sedition or treason, seems like an arguable case for a Civil lawsuit.

Ummmmm. Explain how any of this was actual treason or sedition? Was Trump actively prevented from taking office in 2017? Was his certification held up in 2017? I don't mean protested, but was there an action to physically prevent both?
If Trump was delayed taking office, you might have an argument.

The case is probably hampered by the fact that DJT JR sent out emails bragging about all the information the Russians had for him to use in the 2016 election.
Maybe if he didn’t meet with the Russians with Manafort there would be a case.

You’re right. Two impeachments, under constant attack from the media, and a lack of support in congress(that could be blamed on a perceived lack of support from their constituents that you might say was affected by the aforementioned) did not impede him at all. All of this because of fraudulent, seditious activity.

Trump got a lesson in real hardball politics, but that does not meet the seditious threshold, not even close. You can't call treason, what was done does not even come anywhere close to the definition.

This isn’t the 18th century. Sedition doesn’t mean violence. Hell, historically speaking, there’s plenty of precedent for the mere act of conspiracy constitute treason. Treason is the crime of betraying one’s country. That argument is easily made. Sabotaging the duly elected president. The end.
