Only total retards think written discovery is some monumental part of the litigation process. Anyone can just hide behind exceptions and objections or applicable privileges.

The only part of the information that is official public record and not subject to 3-letter hanky panky is the official grand jury transcripts. This is why the administration is calling for release of this. No other information that may or may not be in the 3-letter files can be trusted to be truthful or complete.
