Is there one anywhere to see what commits have signed pro deals ?

All of the ones drafted will 99.9999% sign. The ones who didn't probably won't sign.

All the recruits drafted will sign. The last one picked was Hamilton in the 11th round and he signed yesterday
The others went in top 5 rounds I believe. No way they didn’t agree to terms before teams used those picks

When did the MLB draft change to where if you're drafted you sign? I remember there was always negotiating going on til the last minute.

When the system changed to where you lose the bonus pool money for a draftee in the top 10 rounds if they don’t sign. It’s been that way about 10 years or so. The signing bonus for a top 10 round pick is negotiated before a club drafts you, otherwise they lose the bonus pool value. Technically rounds 11-20 are still a bit of the old system in that there might not be a pre arranged agreement prior to the draft. Oftentimes there is.

A bit of research shows that 50 total players picked in the top 10 rounds in the last 13 drafts failed to sign.
4 last season didn't sign. Two of which were HSers. Its highly probable, but not a foregone conclusion, that they are signing.

Hamilton has “Detroit Tigers Organization” on his instagram.
Haven’t seen anything official but I’d say it’s time to let go there.
