The Japanese are serious about their golfing and the simulators.
You can find, on youtube, sim leagues, they get all dressed in their golf attire, and have 18 hole sim league. and serious as hell while doing it.

I have fun at them now and then and they helped bring back back cut when I was trying to get rid of my draw.
But I don’t like hitting on them for too long and I don’t think I’d get as much use as I’d like to think.
Real grass is so different. I hate tailoring my swing to the indoor/mat situation.

There are for sure levels to it but I don’t know enough to say if a cheaper end shot tracker and screen is worth the money or effort. The higher end ones are very expensive

Using a mat too much will have you end up hitting it fat one the course.

Is there a golf cart selling drinks that is usually staffed by a female?

when i watched it, live, they went from their seat/chair, to the tee, swung, and back. Super serious, not even a a word to their partners.
I would have to be pounding cold frosty brewskis to have fun with it.

Is that how much they cost? Geez!

If he’s going to put in the time they’re more than worth it.

Can get a pretty solid setup for closer to 5k now and getting cheaper every year
A membership at a decent country club will cost you more than that.

I'm sticking with travel ball for Braydyn and Jaxxyn. Golf simulators don't give rings for winning a tournament.

My brother has one. Probably has like $5k in it.
He’s probably gone from a 18-20 HC to like a 7-8 in less than a year.
I think playing random courses on it are not much more than a video game when it comes to sand shots, putting, etc., but from a practice standpoint, it sure beats pounding balls into a net.

I’m a member of intown golf which is like a city club with fine dining , bar, steam room/ executive bathrooms and 10 track man bays
It was a low 5 figure initiation fee but it’s a place to watch college football and other sports and take the family as I wait for my name to get off the waitlist at our target country club

If you’re going to do it, do it right. When I built my house, I designated a 16x 22 room for one and make my own buildout. I use it every day even if it’s just for 15 minutes. But I’ve got 2 TVs in there on top of the screen and a monitor.
I use GSpro and Simulator Golf Tour where we play the same course as the PGA Tour each week. It’s a blast and I highly recommend it. I recommend at least a Bushnell Launch Pro or a GC3 along with a good gaming computer, mat, projector and screen. I’d be looking to spend at least 7-10k. If you do that, you will use it. If you get some shite like a Mevo, you won’t, because the data will suck and it will miss pitch shots.
