Guy makes some amazing dishes. His bolognese is amazing. My wife’s birthday is tomorrow and requested Lasagna. Making his but using keto noodles. Made the bechamel this evening.

I've been watching that channel for a few years. I like his content. Followed his advice and made probably my best meatballs.

Between him and Sonny from “That dude can cook” you can learn some really impressive dishes and all the technique you need to know in a kitchen.

Both have good learning content, but Sonny’s schtick gets annoying. The not another cooking show guy doesn’t do any YouTuber character gimmicks.
Also, Chef Jean Pierre is the best YouTube chef/cook out there. I watch all of them, but he’s special. Dude really teaches what you need to know. I highly recommend his channel

Yeah, John Pierre is another great one. Totally forgot about him. Somehow I’m not getting alerts to new content from him now.

Yep. Stephen Cusado. He's really good, especially if you want to learn Italian cooking. Him and Sonny are two of my favorites.

He is taking a break for the summer, so he has no new vids the next month or so. YouTube is highly inconsistent with its alert system I have found, so this probably factors into that as well.
